Antonio Domínguez. Live Cinema Artist, Educator & Consultant. His work is related to visual communication and new media. It explores the relation between time, space & memory in various expressions such as a/v performances, video and live cinema.
His work has been presented at institutions and festivals such as Museo Tamayo (MX), Mutek (MX), Caixa Forum Barcelona (ES), Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (ES), Interface (MX), Fundación Telefónica (AR), FICCO (MX), LOOP (ES), Interactive Arts Centre @ Falmouth College of Arts (UK), Centro Nacional de las Artes (MX), Universidad de Huelva (ES), Radar (MX), Hangar (BCN), MUAC (MX), CalArts (USA), among others.
His work has been published in Into the Nature of Creatures and Wilderness (Die Gastalten Verlag, 2006) and selected as part of the Live Cinema DVD (Caixa Forum BCN, 2007) which includes the work of 30 artists such as Modulate, Semiconductor, 242.Pilots, Ryoji Ikeda, Rechezentrum, Transforma, Pink Twins, LIA, etc.
Domínguez is on the board for the organization of Dorkbot Mexico City.
