Study of moving images inspired in Alfonso Mena’s work. Sui generis opportunity to express through the audiovisual language, a possible perspective on this artist’s work; taking on a double challenge: on the one hand returning to the concepts of visual language, and on the other as exercise questioning the shapes and conventions learned.
Biography
Carolina Esparragoza. Mexico City, 1977.
National School of Paitning, Sculpture and Engraving "La Esmeralda" Graduate.
Since 2000 she has participaded in group shows, festivals, video shows, installation, object art and electronic art shows.
She won Second Place at the Electronic Art Contest and Video TRANSTITIO_MX01, and honors at the VII Monterrey Biennial FEMSA.
She has had the production support from the CONACULTA (National Council for Culture and Art), from Mexican Youth Institute, and from the Multimedia Centre of the National Arts Centre.
